Fantabulous Update...

Well Folks it's almost insane how fast my first semester of school went by! In 7 says I will get a 20 day break! :) so its almost like that is my spring break!... Now as EXCITED I AM.. to see my family and friends back home.. I'd have to say.. I'm highly disappointed that unlike most people who for spring break go some where warmer than where they or Funner such as Mexico, Cali, or Vegas.. I however will be headed.. North where it seems to not understand that its flippin march and it should be SPRING by now! yeessh sooo I will undoubtedly Freeze my entire break lol but that's okay because lucky for me... I will get to come back to wonderful.. horribly HOT Phoenix AZ SUN! lol so Anyways my first semester of school went great and I learned A LOT! I'd definitely have to say that Anatomy is the hardest.... Not to Toot my own horn but at the massage giving I'm Pretty darn good, however there is always room for improvement! Also in this semester I received my very own massage table.... totally awesome! lol makes me feel almost official! LOL However, next semester is going to get intense... not only is school longer on Monday and Wednesday, but also I will be starting my clinic hours.. this includes me giving around 3 massages in 4 hours-ish to complete strangers, now not that I know everybody in my class 100% or anything but at least with my fellow classmates we all have a common understanding that we are all beginners lol these people expect a good massage and I sometimes find it difficult to give "super deep" massage.. due to the fact that the most weight and pressure i can give is only 100 ibs LOL its weird that some people want such a deep massage HAHA but also coming with next semester we have more intense anatomy among learning even more massage techniques and such. I also should be taking another online class for business... Sigh.. but wonderful thing.. I GET FRIDAYS OFF!! :) how joyous that will be to maybe be able to go home more often! Also at the end of this semester by Best Friend will be getting married so I am going to try and take a couple finals early so i can be back in farmington as soon as possible! :) oh the joys of life! lol well... that's basically an update on my life.. OH and Meredith and I have completed a week and 2 days of P90X.... we are hardcore LOL Luv It! Luv My Life! Luv My Family! Luv My Friends! xoxo

P90X Workout... O yeah its really happening!

All Right folks! So My friend Meredith and I have made a bucket list! (no worries once we Finalize the list i will blog about it!) but one of the things on the list is to complete The P90X Workout videos in the 90 days! so we started yesterday. Yesterday we started with the AB Ripper.... i can describe it in one word.. INTENSE! but full filling! today was arms and legs.. we didn't have a bar for pull ups so we did mostly legs but we did push ups. So anyways i need something to keep me committed... and that would be this blog! lol I will randomly blog about it and share my experience. As some of you know Meredith nanny's for her brother's 7 month old daughter. Since it was obviously pretty boring after a while to watch us work out while we did wall sits i sat her on my lap... Not the smartest idea... its crazy how even a little bit of weight can make something ten times harder. lol but yeah i am fully enjoying it so far and intend to be just as ripped as the lady in this photo... jk I don't wanna look like that but i am gonna have some pretty amazing abs again folks! lol so ya P90X=INTENSE! but We WILL complete this goal! 2 days down 88 to go! :)

I'm Rolling... Still Rolling...

So a few weekends ago as I was heading home on a cursed weekend and a weekend I hate more than anything (Singles Awareness Day weekend, or as you saps would call it "Valentine's Day Weekend) I suddenly and randomly lost control of my beautiful, wonderful, reliable favorite car... My wonderful RED Escape. I bold the word "red" because actually my family has a thing with red cars being cursed.. we had a RED station wagon when I was younger that consistently was wrecked.. then we had a RED minivan thing that actually rolled backwards while i was still in the car... after that we didn't have any red cars and did pretty good with no severe wrecks... then came my wreck. So anyways.. I lost control of my car and over corrected and... Rolled its about 2.5 times. LUCKILY I ALWAYS WEAR MY SEAT BELT. The seat belt was a total life saver. So the car landed on its side with the passenger side down and me suspended in the air. When i finally got unbuckled i crawled out of my sunroof with only a few scratches on my arm and a couple bumps on my head. I silently Thanked the Lord for the blessings that he gave me. Once I realized that i was alive, and my car was dead i looked around, saw that a whole bunch of people had stopped and were calling the cops for me. The guy that had called the cops had requested an ambulance because he was sure that i was severely injured. After a trucker stopped and gave me a hug i looked around to see all my stuff scattered for about 20 feet.. covered in dirt. half my stuff was scattered over a barbed wire fence, while the rest of it was scattered everywhere else. so because i had nothing better to do i slowly started to gather my things... my clothes, underwear, and finding the matching pair to all 5 shoes i brought. as i was walking around in a shocked daze... i came upon a heap of broken plastic technology that turned out to be my beloved laptop... turns out it was crushed by my car.. so bad that the hard drive was not even save able... thus went about 4000 songs and more pictures than i would even be able to count. i sunk into a sudden depression at the loss of my pictures and music. 2 of the things that mean the most to me. then i realized.. i was alive and going t be just fine.. then i cheered up.
After talking to the cops, being checked out by the ambulance, and watching my car get flipped back over 1 very important thing had popped into my head.. MY MASSAGE TABLE i had BORROWED from the school was in the back... as it flipped over covered in dirt i gasped.. the tow truck guys must have though i was crazy because i made a huge fuss over it saying that it had to be okay.. it was. ANOTHER blessing from the Lord! :)

So as i took my first ride in the back of a cop car i came to 2 realizations... that cop cars had plastic seats in the back... and that i had no way to get home. So once the cop dropped me off at a Denny's for 3 hours to wait for my aunt and uncle to come pick me up, I realize i am covered head to toe in dirt and my hair is crooked and i look absolutely horrible.

so anyways lucky me I have an amazing uncle. He lets me live with them for free, eat with them, and now he lends me a truck to drive. He is totally awesome and i love him so much for it! :) I drive a Beast.. be careful.. he could eat you!!!

So basically, MORAL OF THE STORY. Count your Blessings, Wear your Seat belt, and be grateful to family that loves you! :)

My Guilty Pleasure..

I have found a new obsession.. it is something that I feel I almost relate to and yet I'm so past that stage in my life its almost crazy how old I'm getting... What is this guilty pleasure you ask.. aaah it is s story of Love, Good vs. Evil, and above all.. High school.. yup you guessed it its a TV show.. not only is it a TV show but it is also a Fake Reality show which is definitely the best kind of fake reality shows.. Anyways I think I have built up the suspense enough... the show is called.... Drum roll please.. My Life As Liz!

It's True! I fully love it! I love how it is all planned out and yet how intrigued I am to see what happens.. it started out explaining to us why Liz is considered a loser, your classic "I was once a mean girl that was back stabbed so now I'm the loser nice girl." story! CLASSIC! :) I think everyone likes the nice girl. You are scared of the mean girl so you try and stay out of the way and not step on any toes and if you're lucky you won't even be noticed in high school. But as Liz tries to point out in her show why should we all let the typical stereotypes keep happening? Who knows I'm out of high school and I have found that it really doesn't matter who you were in high school, colleges and employers don't care.... UNLESS you move to an even smaller town than where you came from... Alas I have also experienced this.. but we can save that for another time ;)

But what I'm trying to say is that my older sister Lisette reminds me a lot of Liz.... NOT saying that my sister was a loser in high school or anything in that manner.. but just Liz's all around ideas on thing and who Liz's friends are in the show.. actually there are a lot of similarities but we won't get into detail.. basically all I'm Ranting and raving about is that I love this show and I fully enjoy it! I keep wondering why it is so hard for Liz and Bryson to tell each other that they like each other.. and now they are both planning on going different places... AAH the tragedy of long distance.. little bit of advice Liz Go with Bryson.. total cutie and Sweetheart.... THERE BETTER BE A 2ND SEASON!!

So Anyways I fully encourage those of you interested to watch MTV's My Life As Liz- It is my guilty pleasure and I find myself obsessed! xOxO Dollfaces!

Life Fun Times!

Meredith, one of my Best Friends, turned 21 last Thursday Feb. 25th... So what did we do??? WE CELEBRATED ALL WEEKEND LONG!!!

Not Only was it Meredith's 21st Birthday but one of my other favorite friends flew in from Lubbock Texas to celebrate Merediths birthday with us! :) I had miss her so much and it was totally wonderful to get to play with her all weekend long!
